Quick answers

I paid but cannot find my download.

Log in and open My Account, then Downloads. If it is still missing after a few minutes, email info@eduexamhub.com with your order number.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If there is a technical issue or the product is not as described, contact us and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. Premium never renews automatically and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another month.

Do you offer licences for schools?

Yes. Email us about school-wide or department licences and we will send you a quote.
