Refund and Cancellation Policy
In short: Our products are instant digital downloads, so we usually cannot refund a file once it has been downloaded. If something is wrong with your file or order, tell us and we will make it right. Premium does not renew automatically.
1Digital products
All EduExam Hub products are digital downloads (PDF files). Because a file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds after a download.
2When we will make it right
✓ Damaged fileThe file is damaged or will not open.
✓ Charged twiceYou were charged more than once for the same order.
✓ Not as describedThe product is not as described on its page.
✗ Usually not coveredChanging your mind after downloading the file.
Please email info@eduexamhub.com within 7 days of purchase. We reply within 48 hours.
3Premium membership
- The Premium membership costs ₹49 and gives access to all premium worksheets for one month from your purchase date.
- It does not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another month.
- Because there is no automatic renewal, there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when your month ends.
- Membership fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, except in the cases listed in section 2 (for example a duplicate charge or a technical problem that stops you from accessing your membership).
4Cancelling an order
Your files are delivered instantly after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If you paid by mistake, email us right away and we will review it.
5How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
